Thu, 16 May 2013 11:14:19 +0000 en-US hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.5.1 The Calveley Family http://beckyspencerblog.com/the-calveley-family/ http://beckyspencerblog.com/the-calveley-family/#comments Thu, 26 May 2011 19:15:41 +0000 admin http://beckyspencerblog.com/?p=729 Continue reading →]]> I have become friends with the Calveley family ever since I stalked their adorable little boy at nursery school.  I know that sounds bad but there is just something about Charlie that makes you melt.  I almost stole him a few times.  Well, that is until I did pregnancy photos of Mom when his little sis was on the way and he wanted to have nothing to do with me.  It has been fun to watch this family grow.  When Kelly said it was time to update their family photos, I knew just the spot to take them because I wanted another chance to shoot in the beautiful field of flowers before it went away.  It really is a magical spot.  I did not Photoshop any of these flowers in… it is just as you see it.  This time it was Kayla that wanted nothing to do with me.  She finally warmed up and we had a great time and caught some great moments.

Especially since they live in such a beautiful place. Jaya was just stunning and Sylvain was already the proud Papa. You could see it in his eyes. They are going to be great parents.  We decided on Grape Bay and The Railway Trail for our location.  And then we hit the jackpot. As we were walking along the trail we looked over and saw this amazing gulley with nothing but beautiful flowers covering every inch. I had never seen it before and was so excited. I went to scout it out to see how to get down there and found that it was a bit tricky. Jaya, who was due in a few weeks, was such a trooper and decided to give it a go.  It was so worth it!
